They were in the server, they still show on the Android app but now I can’t see them and the option to show them in missing from the drop down in the server. Any ideas?
Use the ‘hosted’ web app until you install a new server update.

only works via the hosted Plex Web (https://app.plex.tv/desktop). the version of Plex Web installed on your PMS is still behind and should be updated with one of the upcoming PMS releases.
