Command line for Plex??

Just wondering if PlexWeb has a command line that in the URL would start the movie playing

I’m sure there is but it’s not a public API because there is still the work needed within the browser (or player) to setup the session on the it’s side. There is known dialogue between server and player about its capabilities (MDE).

Actually, now that PlexWeb supports Plex Companion, this may be possible. There is some documentation on using Plex Companion, which I can’t find right now, but I’m positive it’s somewhere on the forum.
