Commercial Skip detection with custom comskip.ini

When you have “Ad detection” enabled for a TV Shows Library and you modify the custom comskip.ini in the DVR directory all your shows will be rescanned during Scheduled tasks.

Went as far back as server version 1.21.0.3711 so it was introduced before the Gracenote cutover. One downside is that excessive scanning will eventually crash Plex.

Tried version 1.21.4.4079.
Modified custom comskip and it didn’t start detecting right away. Analyzed an episode I knew the skip points were wrong and it crashed. Systemctl restarted automatically and is now scanning all episodes.
