Just curious if there’s a comparable app, to Plex, for Windows? My wife is jealous as heck of the app as it stands on my OSX platform.
The only thing I’ve found comparable anywhere would be Media Expressions by M$, and who wants to spend almost 300US$ for that!

If you hang on till the end of the year you will have Plex for windows. As announced by Elan in one of his blogs.

XBMC is similar enough to call it a comparable app to plex, works on windows !
