When configuring a new DVR, the creation process nearly completes but fails with a nondescript “Error creating DVR.” This error pops up after Plex has found and I have selected a guide and clicked continue.
I previously had a DVR configured with this tuner but it stopped working properly so I deleted it. This error occurred while attempting to set up a new DVR with this tuner. Upon removal, “Live TV and DVR” was removed from my list of libraries.
