Confirmation email

Hello, I set up a Plex server with a new account on a Windows server 2019. Everything is working fine, but unfortunately I haven’t received a confirmation email. I’ve checked the email address several times and have now pressed the “SEND CONFIRMATION EMAIL” button at least ten times. But unfortunately nothing arrives. What can be the reason?
