I wanted to check out the conflict management when scheduling more recording than tuners but I was surprised that I was able to schedule 3 recordings for tomorrow 21:00 when I only have 2 tuners configured:
I thought the conflict management would kick in immediately at the point when you’re trying to schedule a conflicting programmes - see at the bottom of Manage Your Recordings:
When setting up new recordings, you will be prompted right away if it conflicts with already-scheduled content. You can resolve that immediately, if desired.
Could it be that the configured tuners information is not transmitted correctly?
My Elgato Netstream 4Sat - I know this isn’t a supported tuner - is configured for 2 active Freesat and 2 unused tuners:
But Plex thinks that there are 4 tuners:
Is there a way I can force Plex to know that I have only 2 active tuners?
