It would be great if I can connect my Plex server on a rootserver direct with onedrive. This would be a really good replacement for plex-cloud, so I think

Linux will let you mount any number of services as local drives.
There are many many threads in the forum about this.
Please search a bit more.
Plex Cloud was a Cloud server, not storage.
