"connection error" when trying to use the new discover feature on apple tv

I’ve been using the new discover feature on osx without issues but when I true to use the same on my Apple TV, I am getting an error screen saying that there is a connection error and I should try to reconnect / check my internet connection. However, the internet connection is just fine, everything else works great. Does anybody else have this issue ?
