New Discover feature not working on Apple TV 4, services not saving

Hello,
This new Discover feature sounds amazing, unfortunately it doesn’t work on my Apple TV 4 ; when I select services I have a subscription to and corresponding App on the device, it doesn’t save, and when I try to go to the Discover section, it says « plex discover is currently unavailable » with a « retry connection » button.

My ATV is on a wired RJ-45 cat6 connection, and the Discover Feature works perfectly on my iPhone connected in Wi-Fi to the same home network. I’m in Montreal Canada. tvOS 15.4.1. Plex atv client version 8.1 (2356).

Anybody else having this issue?

I had the same problem. I deleted Plex on my ATV and reinstalled it and all works now.

Deleting and reinstalling on ATV worked for me as well. note: offloading (which is what apple will prompt you to do when you first tell it to delete) did not solve the problem
