My set-up is as follows:
Plex media server installed on my windows PC
Movie/shows library located on PC external hard drive and relevant folders synced with Plex media library
PC connected to LAN
Apple TV 4K connected to LAN
Infuse app installed on Apple TV and connected to Plex Media Server
Recently, I have been having trouble watching movies/shows using Infuse on my Apple TV without interruption - after a while (maybe 20-30 minutes after starting streaming), it seems that the connection to the Plex Media Server is interrupted and movies/shows stop streaming. Infuse shows an error message: “Indexing failed using Plex Media Server”. The only way to fix the problem is to restart my desktop PC and let Plex Media Server reload. The weird thing is that the connection to Plex Media Server is interrupted, internet access via the browsers on my PC is interrupted (the connection is fine on my network - only my PC is affected.
Can someone please help me?
