Connexion to server problems at startup

Player Version#:1.45.0.3013-1676042f

Often when starting the windows player, only online content and not local content from my server is shown. Also, sometimes I get a “Not authorized” error on some tabs.
I have to restart the client (sometimes multiple times) to get it to work.
