Constant Buffering on all llocal devices, plex is unusable

Recently updated my server, now all devices are constantly buffering, literally every 10 seconds.

I’ve tried multiple devices on the network, all wired, I have good network connections between them.

I run plex in a docker container (I haven’t tried downgrading yet)

I noticed there’s a bunch of failed attempts to IP 192.168.1.232 but this isn’t a valid IP on the network so I’m not sure where its getting it from.

Looking for some additional troubleshooting steps, will be downgrading later today if I get time, but that’s the only thing I can think to do right now.

So far, I’ve simply restarted the server, I found this reddit thread to delete the audio encoder folder. So far, no improvement.
