Plex buffering/not playing on local network

Overnight, my Plex server seems to have stopped playing properly when trying to play on the local network.

Streamed a 1080p movie locally on Monday night no problem - not even a slight buffer.

As of yesterday, it won’t even stream SD quality from the same server using the same device. Have tried various media (SD, 1080p), with the same effect - the first couple of seconds play, then spinning wheel of doom.

First evident on nVidia Shield Pro (whether ethernet or wifi), but doing the same on Android phones and tablets too.

No change to any part of my setup.

Anyone else noticed anything change over the past couple of days?

yes…I have noticed it as well…on 3 roku ultras, ethernet connected…black widow takes a full minute to start playing
