When I am playing a 4K movie 51 Mbps original quality .mkv with HEVC codec. The movie constantly buffers when subtitles are on. Subtitles are PGS embedded. Even setting the quality to 8Mbps it still buffers although my CPU is only at 68 percent load and then says my server is not powerful enough to transcode. This happens on my Roku (WiFi) and my Xbox (Ethernet).
