I have just gotten my Plex Pass and invited a friend to view my video collection. But she is having constant crashes when she watches a video halfway through. Any ideas as to what is causing it? she is using an android phone
Sounds like something to discuss on the Android forum, with details of the device she’s using (make and model, version of Android and version of the Plex client).
