Are any Plex employees monitoring the Android TV subforum? Numerous reports of immediate crash.

The former has been open for two weeks now. Between the two threads, I count at least 20 users with the same issue.

I realize you guys are a small company but as a currently paying customer for an app I also paid for, some official response from Plex on this issue would be nice.

there are a number of crash fixes in 4.30 which has been submitted to the Google Play store and should hit amazon soon too. please let us know if they solve the problem when it hits

4.30.0.130 updated overnight. nope.

checked for updates, got 4.30.1.170. also nope.

no error message or crash indication, it just fails to launch.

i’m happy to help trouble shoot by providing logs or whatever. since i can’t launch the app i can’t use the built in email log feature detailed here.

there’s a whole thread full of people with this problem and more coming on every day.
