Content Ratings for Movie/TV From different regions

Is there a way to get content ratings working so that I can use…
The UK System for Movies (U, PG, 12, 12a, 15, 18, R18)
and the US System for TV (TV-Y, TV-Y7, TV-G, TV-PG, TV-14, TV-MA)

as the UK has no ratings system for TV however I believe their move ratings system is better than the US (G, PG, PG-13, R)

I’d just like it so that the content ratings would stay with only the region you select… I’m set to US, but constantly get UK content ratings, no matter how many times I make it refresh metadata. I have to manually change them, which stinks for 678+movies…
