It seems like in the last two updates something broke in “Continue Watching”, It’s separating servers. So I have one server showing correct order from its items, then the next server populates in its own correct order after that. Tested on web 4.108(localhost) and there it works as before and 4.111(app.plex.tv) it’s broken, same as windows client.
What does that mean?
Please provide screenshots showing both the desired and the broken behavior.
Like this, First one is 4.108. This is the working one. Looks the same as latest android for example.
And this is 4.111. The latest is still first for the server but behind the first server. Kinda like Server 1 shows its latest then, server 2 shows its latest watched.
Another clarification, they only adjust latest watched for that specific server.
Compare to 4.111 above. (pulled up star wars and criminal minds, and they moved but only for that server(?)) This is where i got “separating servers” from.
Do you need any more info or were you able to reproduce?
Could you verify that both servers have correct date and time info?
i.e. ensure that automatic time sync is enabled and working on both.
Do you have “Sync watch state and ratings” enabled in your account?
https://app.plex.tv/desktop/#!/settings/account
Time is same on both and Sync state is “Active”
Are the two servers located within the same time zone?
(or more precisely: has the system setting for the time zone been set to the same TZ?)
Both are set to Amsterdam timezone, yes.
Just checked latest HTPC and it works as it should there as well. Seems to only be the latest web based that has this behavior.
same issue for me, sooooo annoying
Looks to be solved in latest Plex update (Version 1.76.2.3951-15712eae).
