Hi. I’ve been using Plex for years and I constantly use it to listen to my music and share it with my family and friends. I’m also a Spotify Premium user. One of the features that I like the most about Spotify is that when I’m listening to some music album, when that album ends, it continues automatically reproducing similar music and similar artists, adding it to the queue. This feature is called Auto Play and you can turn it on or off in the settings for your convenience. Plex already has Plex Mix for those who pay Plex Pass, but you need to select it manually every time you want it. Why not to implement it as an option for those who want to continue listening to music without the need of manually search for a new album?
i fully agree. actually i can’t fathom how plex user can live without this feature. i use plex during my daily commute where i often take some power naps while listening to music. an album ending without anything else playing always wakes me up…
I’d be surprised if this isn’t added to PlexAmp soon, seems like a logical (and not so hard to implement) feature.
