Yeah… Really need this feature. Would make a world of a difference for me. Otherwise we are restricted to watching one show, then adjusting the global settings on a per show basis, which is a pain!

I watch media in 3 languages in different circumstances, this would help so much!

This really needs to be a feature, it’s beyond obnoxious needing to change audio/subtitles on every single episode. Every other streaming platform is contextual, would be nice if I could change it once and have subsequent episodes follow.

This is now a feature in my custom client, Plex-MPV-Shim. You can access an option from the menu and change all of the subtitles in the current season all at once.
