Im running Mac OSX Server 1.8.1.4139 and get “Playback terminated by the server Conversion failed. The transcoder crashed or failed to start.” I get the error on AppleTV and Fire stick clients. I have checked that my storage is mounted without the “NoExec” option.
Everything has been working fine for months and I recently moved my library to a new drive and now get this error.
I have attached my server log file for reference…
