Hi,

I am having some issues playing media from a new plex box I am setting up. I keep getting a transcoding Error: “Conversion Failed. The Transcoder exited due to an error.”

In the logs I can see these errors in the server logs:

Nov 02, 2020 13:43:37.632 [0x70000bafd000] ERROR - [Transcoder] Error while decoding stream #0:1: Unknown error occurred

Any ideas?

I resolved this issue by deleting the codecs folder contents and restarting the application.
