I have plex running on an old gaming pc that has a 5th gen Ryzen cpu and rtx 2060 super graphics card. I am using Ethernet to connect my pc to the router which is 1gb. This PC is not used for anything else. Latest plex version is installed, I pay for plex pass and enabled hardware transcoding.
This only started happening today with a handful of movies. all my movies are 4k. the audio seems to be truehd 7.1 causing issues. issues happening with and without subtitles, This error happens on all my clients and even the local server. looked at the logs and this is the only thing that stood out to me but it doesn’t make sense

Why would direct stream be disabled? I am pretty sure my client (Xbox X) supports direct stream. I also tested this on my phone and same error
