Media files converted/compressed using the same software and settings, but some will not play. On the Samsung Smart TV and the Windows Laptop, the spinning circle just keeps going. On the Android phone, I get the Transcoder exit error.
I have restarted my server, cleaned bundles and database. I have verified that some media plays but some doesn’t.
I am obviously missing something basic, so have attached the logs in hope that someone can point this idiot in the right direction.
