Conversion failed. The transcoder failed to start up

here are the systems im using i would assume friends are similar if not same as they are using xbox, roku, and cellphone.
windows 10 pc: PMS Version 1.41.7.9749
Also recently tried v.1.41.6.9685

android (mobile): 2025.15.0 (966828394)

Xbox app: 5.91.0 (10.0.26100.4026)

i also figured out how to grab the logs… hopefully they will help.

Basicly the issue is that whenever you manually turn on subtitles. the show or movie either hangs forever with a spinning circle or crashes and states Conversion failed. The transcoder failed to start up. the files that have had the subtitles permanently burned in do not have this issue. but anything using a seperate file typically a .srt does. can anyone please assist with this issue?

addendum:
plex media server just updated: Version 1.41.7.9784. it is still having the same issue. also i have now found that some of my individual shows and anime will not open and are giving a separate transcoder error.
