You’ve exceeded the number of directories that Linux can monitor (Synology DSM is a highly customized version of Linux).

It can easily happen on Synology NAS when adding a lot of music or photos.

To remedy, follow FAQ 16: Increase the number of folders Plex can monitor.

Be sure to reboot the NAS after changing the limit.
