I’m running PMS on Windows Server 2016 Essentials build and have been for awhile with no issues but now I’m constantly getting errors being thrown with any file that needs to be transcoded whether via the Web app, using the Plex app for the Windows 10 Store or with the latest version of OpenPHT anything that needs to be transcoded fails after a few minutes on other computers that have graphics cards and can handle direct play of x265 HEVC files it plays fine except when using the web app. I’m using Version 1.13.5.5291 of PMS. I’ve included a zip with all of the transcode logs I have since trying to delete the cache which is something I saw in another post but didn’t work at all for me. I’ve been using Plex for so long without any issues its disappointing to be having all of this trouble hopefully someone can give me some idea on how I can fix this. Let me know if you need any more information from me.

Please attach the actual logs with debug logging enabled and not just the statistics files

Okay I restarted the server earlier before posting and it was still happening but now after restarting it again after enabling the debug logging the videos seem to be playing fine if I have it occur again I will post back hopefully though the situation has gone away.
I am having the same problem described in in the initial post.
