- Can you give an example?
→ Is this movie already in your library that you have played before?
→ Is it a new re-recording of a deleted movie that you are playing for the first time? - What conversion has failed? Do you perhaps mean transcoding or perhaps conversion after it was recorded (see above question)?
- What was the movie format, res and bitrate?
- What version of which player on which platform are you using?
- What version of which server on which platform are you using?
