Dose anyone else getting this message when trying to play media on plex.
Conversion failed. A required codec could not be foundor failed to install.
its been an issue for awhile

@ReaperSPTN2109 That’s likely not the same issue. The issue you linked was more widespread with specific conditions and error messages in the logs and having to do with how our backend services were delivering codec packs. Regardless, you got my attention to this issue. 
@randk77 Can you please enabled Debugging on your PMS, reproduce the issue, download your PMS logs, and then share them with me.
