My playback stopped working from any platform eg direct on server browser, tv app or phone app all are getting the playback error → Conversion failed. A required codec could not be found or failed to install.

Solutions tryied:

Rename codec folder to old and restarting plex and playback

Updating windows and PMS to latest restarted and playback

Uninstalling PMS and restart then install latest (x64) version of PMS

Please advice as this is driving me cracy
