Conversion stuck on wating

The conversion stuck on waiting, tried restarting and pausing and then resuming.

Any ideas?

You’re experiencing the same issue others are with conversion.
Engineering is working on fixing this now.
All I can suggest is to please be patient while they resolve it.
It is a hot issue and being worked on

Unfortunately no. The trouble ticket database is internal only because it contains everything including ongoing and not yet announced development.
