Plex Media Server Mac Conversions Stuck 'Waiting'

My server all of a sudden stopped doing conversions before sync. I have two sync’s that are just ‘waiting’ on conversion. Its been this way for an hour and just as a test I chose the lowest quality level of conversion. Im not sure which of the logs is of value. I have done the ‘cleanup/maintenance’ things that are avail in the server but that didn’t help. Of course I’ve rebooted and validated that the security and privacy has access that it requires. Ive used this Plex server for years with no problem - it just started doing this recently.

Same here on Linux. Nothing syncs anymore.

I have the same issue. I have a conversion queue with about 10 items. Plex transcodes one video and then never picks the next video. If I stop and start the server, it does start the next conversion.

Windows, Version 1.23.1.4571. This has happened on the previous version as well,
