[BUG] Plex Web Playing failing when changing Transcode to specific rate. However works if set to "automatic"

Hi All, I seem to be having the same problem as described in Converting to a lower quality fails with Hardware-Accelerated Streaming in Plex Web - #121 by cr4zyb4st4rd. I’ve created a new thread as that other one seems to be stale. In short, no matter what browser I’m using. If i play a video via direct, then change to transcode at a mbps rate, plex web seems to “Freeze”. However, if i change back to direct OR back to “automatic” it starts to work again.
