Forgive me in advance if I’m not using plex contact resources appropriately or correctly .
Are the forums the only resource available to get answers to problems I’m facing when using Plex (I can no longer view web shows or podcasts, getting error messages).
I feel quite frustrated that when following the “contact” links supplied by Plex, it appears that Plex only guide you to the forums.
Plex’s support is spotty at best but sometimes, if the Plex gods are smiling or if they are in a particularly perverse mood you could get direct responses from developers or from at least people that are directly connected to Plex.
The Force is strong in the community, that among regular users have Ninja's who can address the devs if needed, as well as some devs, that from time to time stops by the forums
In addition to support for Plex itself, I’ve seen support for virtually every mainstream OS, untold hardware configurations, networking including router configurations, OTA TV tuners/antennas, etc…
