Could Plex be deleting my media?

For the past several days I’ve noticed that my Plex media files on one of my drives have disappeared. I have full backups, so have not lost data, but can’t figure out why this would happen, when other folders of non-plex data are fine.

I’ve found the word delete in quite a few places but don’t know the logs at all, so can’t tell if that’s a reference to expected deletions.
