Couldn't See the content of My Library and any Pictures section

Hello Guys



I’ve installed Plex for the first time yesterday so… sorry to bother if I’m just asking basic questions :slight_smile:



Running IOS app and while WIFI connected it doesn’t automatically find my ‘nearby server’. I added it manually and while the Remote worked immediately and Library seems to work randomly. Sometimes Movies and Music tab show the content of my library while most of the time nothing happens (just loading appear for few secs).



I’ve seen in another thread people complaining about the resolution of pictures… how can I browse pictures from the IOS App? In library I’ve only Plex Online, Movies, Music, TV Shows.



As per other issues reported in other thread I can confirm:

  • I don’t have bluetooth enabled on the Iphone
  • I’ve already disabled IPV6
  • I dont have Firewall enabled on the Plex Server
