Country not Listed - xmltv file not available - What to do?

Dear all,

An other user totally confused with the livetv setup due to the limited countries list of Plex.
Added the Butler USB on my Synology and the channels appeared but when I tried to continue there is no way to continue without channel program guide. Cyprus in not listed in the countries list and there is no xmltv file for Cyprus when i search the internet.

I have found the channels lineup in the 2 main providers websites (see below) but I have no idea how to import this and creating xmltv file i really did not understand how to do it. In both websites there is a mixture of Greek and English characters.

Please help.
