Live TV & DVR Country listing

I live in Cambodia and purchase a compatible TV tuner to run on my plex synology box. I have the DS1019+ and it trancode video great. When trying to setup the “Live TV & DVR” in the setting, it does not show Cambodia as a listing and assigned the wrong channels on the name. Can someone please add Cambodia? I will give you the channel names if needed.

There is no metadata available from the provider to provide scheduling.
I’ve asked Engineering but don’t expect there to be any forward progress.
