I can’t find any recent uploaded crash reports from your servers tied to your plex.tv account
Would like to see the last few crash uploader logs to see if it did get uploaded
The only crash reports I found are for April 21 and April 12 - which appear to be similar to double free crashes on this forum topic (which is still to be resolved) Ubuntu 18.04.2 LTS - Plex Server Crashes - Double free or corruption (!prev) - #145 by savahu
The crash in your logs was at 00:25:30 am on May 05, 2019
The last request to be processed before the crash was GET /hubs/metadata/10888/postplay?count=20
We could try this out in a browser and see if it crashes the server - if not then this might still be the same as the double free crashes you had before in April
To try the request in a browser, you need to find the server security token - see https://support.plex.tv/articles/204059436-finding-an-authentication-token-x-plex-token/
Then trying the url with the token string replacing the xxxxxxxxxxx below
http://10.0.8.7:32400/hubs/metadata/10888/postplay?count=20&X-Plex-Token=xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
If it does crash, please upload fresh logs after restarting the server
