Crashes after about 2 minutes, Over & over

Plex Media Server started crashing about 5 days ago. Every time you turn it back on it lasts about 2 or 3 minutes then crashes again. The icon will linger, but when you point at it with your mouse like you’re going to click it disappears. Per the FAQ I ran Malwarebytes and quarantined everything found, but it did not stop the problem. I ran REPAIR on the Plex Media Server program. The problem persists. The server PC has too much on it to search through the list of DLLs to try to find one off the provided list. The search just keeps running for hours and never finishes, just for one particular DLL, so I cannot go that route. I could really use some help finding a fix for this. My server is completely down.

It’s impossible to say for certain without seeing your server logs, but the symptoms you describe could be explained by a corrupt database. You could try checking for and repairing corruption using the steps in this article:

However, if you’ve modified the Plex Media Server installation in any way by quarantining any of its files, I’d uninstall and reinstall it first, just to ensure you have a complete installation.
