Just upgraded to 2025.11.1 on my iPad running 18.4 and I put my Plex login pin in, then thinks for a couple seconds and crashes. I tried multiple times and the same crashes. I removed the app on my iPad and tried reinstalling a fresh copy and same crashes. My server is running on Windows 11 with Plex server 1.41.5.9522. I am even in a worse situation than I was.
Latest release crashes at launch for me.

It is also crashing on my iPhone.
I found that it crashes when I access certain libraries (more items) than less. For me, it crashes everytime on the main account but my managed accounts seem to work okay on the libraries with fewer items until I accessed the bigger library - then they crash too.
Crashes or freezes? I found other ‘iOS freezes’ posts but they are all closed now. I am still experiencing the freezing as I browse libraries. I have to close the app and start it again to keep working in Plex iOS app.
Does anyone know if that was supposed to be fixed?
I never had a problem until the new app back in March and it is still just as bad. I have been updating from the App Store regularly but no help Mudville.

2025.21.0 (1172) iPhone. Did the clearing cache and it still freezes when I browse around libraries. Rats. But that’s for trying. It is appreciated.
What is your server version? Can you confirm it is update to the latest production version? Looks like the latest production release is 1.41.9.
