Creating library command ends up in empty library

Hello, looking for help.

Like others on Macbook Pros with an older MacOS (10.13.6) I ran into the “server settings not available” issue. I went back to an older version of PMS (one from April 21), and I can connect to the server again. But now trying to recreate my libraries, I end up with no files in the library. I can scan my music files (folders created by itunes), and I see the scanner going through the files, but eventually the content does not show up in the created library.
Does anybody have an idea what could be the reason for this? Here are my logs.

You have database issues:
