Some section to generate/manage tokens.
My server is not reachable from the outside so I cannot sign in via plex.tv and pull the token from xml view.
User accounts live on plex.tv
So to create and manage users, you will always have to communicate with plex.tv
Whether your local Plex server has remote access enabled, doesn’t matter.
Which also means that you cannot sensibly operate a Plex server at all, without an (outbound) internet connection being available.
