Critical: libusb_init failed

Updated my PMS and now I’m getting this error message :

Starting Plex Media Server.
Critical: libusb_init failed

I was also getting a time error (can’t remember the exact error message) but it was resolved by the addition of a custom environmental variable per another thread here. But the libusb_init failed error persists. It prevents me from watching anything on both my external drives. Any help or advice is greatly appreciated.

Raspberry Pi 4 - 8GB
OMV version # 5.6.8-1
Docker version # 5:20.10.7~3-0~debian-buster
Portainer version # 2.5.1

PLEX interface is there:
no media plays on Firefox browser but ROKU still works.
This is on a RAID array with no USB devices used or connected.

I have the same error but i can still open my media files via latest plex app on Apple TV(latest ios version) Iphone X (latest ios version) and watching directly via Browser pn PMS Server

This is still an issue. Do we have a workaround? My installation is stuck on this line.
