much needed feature, would love it.
Amazing how a feature can be ignored for so long. It is such a basic feature that I don’t understand how can they not support it.
Roon not supports it and that is a 700$ musik player. I cant blame plex. I saw no other way then to use cuesplitter to do the work
ok … since Roon which costs 700 $ does not support it then Plex must do the same too … ok
Foobar and Kodi are free and support it but I have to use a splitter because my music player does not support a method in use for many years before …but really?
I use qnap music app ofter on android and never roon. its supporting cue files and its better than roon in many ways. i payed that 700$. Life is hard

Well I had discarded Music Station for the lack of gapless and now I find that it reads the cue sheet … unbelievable
But as they enjoy leaving things incomplete there is no DSD support (or transcoding) on the Android app
life is really strange I would say …
The best thing is the very low battery consumption and it had a sleep timer years before plex and roon…
I used cuesplitter to do the work on a few hundret albums and xrecode to do sacd’s. I like it better to have one file per song

New to Plex and just found this out! This is a big disappointment. Why do they even bother with Plexamp?
+1, this has been asked for since ten years ago on different threads. I have no hope, and just spend money on lifetime pass, feel like I am swindled. Half of my library is cue+flac

+1. Extremely disappointed to see that PLEX doesn’t support CUE files, one of the most basic feature that any decent music players would have nowadays.

+1, I have a lot of CD music that is FLAC (or APE) with a .cue, I could embed them all with foobar2000 and supporting them in Plex would make it all turn out nice. Cuesheets have been around more than 20 years, get with the program, Plex.

This would be pretty neat, but it’s easy enough with your CUE and foobar2000 to split up the files for Plex. Discover’s pretty cool too.
Why should I split thousands of files when it is Plex that has not yet implemented a function that has been established for years?
