No log needed and i am not sure this is right place for this but i am trying to work out if it possible to set a customer remote stream bitrate
Is this possible at all?

You cannot set completely custom remote stream bitrates.
Keep in mind, this is just the server side threshold/limit… it’s not the actual bitrate; have you already checked the remote streaming video quality in the player app (though if memory serves you also cannot set random bitrates for those).
