Happened today after accidentally clearing app data and signed in to found I couldn’t see the server.
Since I started this, I also wanted to add that the Varys app and the Tautulli remote app both still work fine and can access my server and display info. It’s only the Plex Dash app that is having this issue.
I’m hoping that after the weekend someone like @elan might take a look at this thread and pass along to the right person in plex to get it escalated/worked on.

I got it after upgrading Synology DSM 6 to DSM 7 and migrating the Plex server.
Everything works fine, except Plex Dash.
Hoping for a fix or workaround from the awesome Plex devs!

Having the same issue on my iPad Pro. I signed out of the PLEX DASH app and back in, now I can’t see my server info just a ??? On the settings screen where my server used to be. Reinstalling and deleting cache did not help.

Also having the same issue, Android 11 user, OnePlus 9.
Moved to a new server yesterday, went into plexdash to configure it for the new one but i noticed the list of servers I had wasn’t the most up to date and I’d renamed the new server earlier in the day, plex dash still showing the old name.
Signed out & signed back in and now I’m greeted with no servers and just “???”
