Dashboard error, database repair did not fix

I am getting the error “There was an unexpected error loading the dashboard” when logging into plex. After doing some googling, I found the steps to repair a corrupt database: https://support.plex.tv/articles/201100678-repair-a-corrupt-database/

I followed those steps, but it didn’t resolve the issue. The logs (with debug logging enabled) are here:

Plex still manages to play videos, it currently seems like just the dashboard is broken.

Thanks for those logs but they do not include what I need you see. You provided only the Pug-in logs

A tar.gz of the ./Logs directory is best.

You can attach it here directly in the forum.

At the top of this Linux forum you will find Linux Tips. In there, you will find https://forums.plex.tv/discussion/277716/manual-database-optimization-using-command-line

It, plus the DB repair (pragma commands) will get it back into working order if it’s salvageable

The manual optimization is excellent for when the dashboard can’t load

I tried the option “Manual shell/sqlite3 Database Optimization with PMS stopped” but I am still having the same issue. I have attached a tar.gz of the logs directory to this post

You have your transcoder logging set to verbose, please turn that back down.

I don’t know what’s going on here but it looks like you’re redirecting to a proxy?

I can’t help with that. You’ll need to resolve it.
