I am cannot get to my data base, it says it is corrupt. I have deleted Plex and Plex Media Server a couple times. Still says corrupt data base. Can you please help? Thanks…
You probably have not. Uninstalling Plex server does not delete the old server data.
A complete deletion requires you to remove the old plex data folder and the registry branch manually: https://support.plex.tv/articles/201941078-uninstall-plex-media-server/
But instead of starting over, you can also try to repair the database. Use the .bat or .ps1 file from this project to do that more conveniently than the official method. https://support.plex.tv/articles/repair-a-corrupted-database/
